2-3Tbsp. Oil
8 ounces sliced fresh mushrooms (use more, because we love mushrooms)
straight-cut broccoli
2 cans cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
Saute chicken and mushrooms in oil. They are in a 9x13 pan. Broccoli. Pour soup over. Bake @ 350 for 1 1 / 2 hours.
